Registering with VetRecruit is the first step towards finding your ideal veterinary job in the UK.  VetRecruit is a veterinary recruitment agency run by vets, for vets. We specialise in finding UK employment for veterinary surgeons from across Europe. We have extensive links with employers across the United Kingdom, both in large veterinary corporations and smaller, private practices. Whether you want to work in small, large or mixed practice, in general (first opinion) practice or a specialist referral centre, or you want a managemental, hygiene/inspection or research post, we can help you.
If you want us to help you find a job, all we ask is that you answer a series of online questions about yourself which enable us to choose the right employment for you. This service is completely free - our fees are paid by your employer when we successfully find a placement for you. All our placements are offered with a probation period to ensure that you are happy with your new job. Furthermore, registering with us puts you under no obligations - if you do not want any position we offer you just turn it down!
If you are new to working in the UK, we can also help you with legal issues, particularly with regard to becoming a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, gaining permission to work from the UK Government Home Office and understanding UK tax and National Insurance laws.
